Qualifications & Requirements |
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Experience implementing HR policies, performance management, and recruitment strategies.
- Expertise in HR technology and data-driven decision-making.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and workplace practices.
- Ability to secure Act 33 and 34 clearances.
